[00:04:28] one of the golden boys that EA likes to give special cards I don't know how many he's got

[00:04:35] to do and there he's already had one versus fire and ice card he has two informs all

[00:04:41] already but he is five star skirmishes and five star weak foot with a unique body type which

[00:04:47] is really nice and he got rapid plus and ping pass plus as placed also it could be a fun

[00:04:54] card to use of course he links to so many good players his French he plays for Bayern

[00:05:00] Munich France Bundesliga hurricane etc etc.

[00:05:05] There's no problems finding him on good cam in your team at least but of course it's quite

[00:05:12] pricey when it's almost 790 800 thousand coins so yeah I want to quickly though so him

[00:05:22] and him and he's seen you always get special cards and why specifically play as not going

[00:05:27] to do much details but when you give us eight card five star five star it's bound to

[00:05:32] be a useful card right usually so basically you can pick any guard any player in the world

[00:05:39] making five star five for given a boost and he'd be cool for you team right yep then why

[00:05:46] not go that's what I've been talking about pretty much the whole year like copy paste

[00:05:55] players that I call them I would prefer to see some new faces but of course he's been a popular

[00:06:03] player in in the ultimate team so that's kind of a little bit a birthday promo type of thing

[00:06:12] that you get back players that's been popular during the years as well so there's that could be

[00:06:22] that's why we're getting him maybe we'll get lots of other former popular players as well but I

[00:06:28] think when he has already quite a few cards it's a little bit yeah it would be nicer to see something

[00:06:35] else than him but yeah it is what it is hopefully we get some other fun stuff coming

[00:06:43] uh what's that he's bad though right just want to put it on the list but EA have released something

[00:06:51] information called EA week one ultimate team goodies information here and of course today is

[00:07:03] Jota Diego Jota host the twitch for EA sports FC tomorrow we get Maya Yoshida SPC

[00:07:12] and then we get a Claude Mackelele SPC on Sunday and Monday we'll get a Juan Quadrado of course

[00:07:20] a well-known player as well SPC Tuesday Lewis Openda SPC Twin SPC so you can probably

[00:07:31] select between our first week with all our first skill moves version and then we get on Wednesday

[00:07:37] I mean Harit SPC I remember the year everybody got him pretty much every second pack when he was

[00:07:46] quite I think it was around 82 or 83 rated then everybody got him almost all the time and yeah

[00:07:52] it was kind of for me in the end Thursday March 21 it's a Gremaldo SPC so that's for week one so I'm

[00:08:02] guessing we'll see a week two as well but this is what EA have released of information so far

[00:08:13] which is nice that they kind of let us know what to expect so people can uh

[00:08:19] can we be safe all the way if they want to go get one of those SPC's coming in the next days

[00:08:26] yeah which is different right I mean you talk about what to expect normally being a way

[00:08:31] in advance which what we expect content boys on the Friday yeah that didn't happen somehow some

[00:08:37] reason like we usually get someone of course you know all the leakers and the channels and stuff as well

[00:08:42] but usually during the week someone sends me info as well like hey this what's coming so I'm not a

[00:08:49] big fan of it but it does help prepare us here sometimes uh but now until this afternoon actually

[00:08:56] nothing there as well and EA is like hey no leaks and we're gonna tell you exactly what's

[00:09:00] going to happen in the next couple of days are they fighting war are you Chris yeah they're fighting

[00:09:24] would call it not the leakers this time about a fight and back which is actually fair I think to

[00:09:28] to everybody on it I mean you know we hear of these discourse I've got these guys in there and

[00:09:33] they're making money off it because they're getting the leaks first so we do hear that but no I'm

[00:09:36] all for it well for it let's get it it was great actually because I did look last night

[00:09:41] our favorite leakers and see who's where and I think Messi was there um but a path that there wasn't

[00:09:47] much else there so it was actually good fun to see it this afternoon and it gives you a chance to

[00:09:53] um to prepare as well I think a lot of us kept our packs I think the last promo I don't know what

[00:09:58] you think in me but the last promo was a bit of a dud it didn't actually really do anything for MD

[00:10:04] there was some nice uh bonuses SBC bonuses they get packs for food birthday or Fc birthday

[00:10:10] what we call it these days so no I'm all for that more for it uh the sooner that they can actually

[00:10:16] stop this the better you think any thoughts on that yeah I prefer the kind of suspense building up

[00:10:24] to start off a new promo so I was really happy that I couldn't see leaks all over everywhere

[00:10:32] on the web either so that that kind of made me quite happy so I'm hoping that this is something

[00:10:41] that will continue if yes it's gonna give give it out to the news media in advance it would be

[00:10:47] nice if it was maybe one hour before or something not like half a day but uh this is good

[00:10:56] but it's better than knowing four days in advance what's coming the whole theme pretty much and

[00:11:01] the ratings as well so yeah I'm getting a little bit hopeful that the leaks won't be as early as

[00:11:10] they have been I think anything to counter trading with actual with going right this year yeah

[00:11:20] oh but it's cool um for me it I found the fun start of the promo what do you think of the

[00:11:27] card designing because I know you're a critical master on card designs but this you have been as

[00:11:33] you said last time very much ahead on most promo yeah the card the card design is nice uh

[00:11:41] I would of course like to the design of the uh socrates sbc card as well card looks nice design

[00:11:49] looks nice price is uh it's quite good I think at 1.650,000 coins uh five-star scheme

[00:11:58] revised the week for a time-medium work it's the only thing I think is that he's only scut one position

[00:12:03] is uh central attacking midfielder as a position but uh still possible to put him into a team without

[00:12:12] any big problems of course so uh incisive plus incisive pass plus and technical plus so he should

[00:12:20] feel quite uh decent I guess on the ball with those uh play styles and then his passing should be

[00:12:28] really good so looks like a really good card two months on yeah plenty of time to do it

[00:12:37] and six six foot four toilet and lean ideal for midfielder those long legs

[00:12:43] I just had a quick look at his balance and agility because you do need that you know he's got 85

[00:12:47] balance 85 agility might need to boost that a little bit pace I'm not sure you need to worry too

[00:12:51] much about that but then you look at ball control 96 dribblin 93 composure 98 really good stamina

[00:12:58] decent strength head necker sees fairly decent and then you look at the passing the passing

[00:13:04] tremendous um if you want to put if you want to look into potentially make his agility and

[00:13:09] balance bettering be what can I place what can I chemistry would you put on him if I was concentrating

[00:13:14] on making more agile I would go I think with the engine but uh if I were well from what I see from

[00:13:24] the stats I think I would maybe go with Hawk because that makes him control lengthy as well

[00:13:29] so that would make him use his long legs to full effect when running and of course it would boost

[00:13:37] his jumping to 78 is not great but since his six foot four he should be able to win quite a few

[00:13:43] headers as well and uh his strength would be 89 and aggression 8 the 8 I think yeah 86 sorry

[00:13:54] and yeah that should be a really good attacking midfielder card I think Chris your big final

[00:13:59] Socrates oh love him I love him man I'm gonna do I'm really this point I was gonna do this

[00:14:05] equal card and I'm sure good frame mine is just not happy with me but I just felt that the

[00:14:09] card that they put up at that time there was too many good cards coming that it would

[00:14:13] be equal had to be passed on but this Socrates card Socrates card that will definitely do that one

[00:14:18] if five star five star six before tolling lean fits completely into my team I'm currently using

[00:14:25] Sawa in that position still user yet she's great for buzzing about she gets everywhere the

[00:14:30] impress but I think godja tees will be taking her place soon if he does socrates make your team

[00:14:42] yeah I could probably squeeze him in as the one of the center mids since I used three at the moment

[00:14:50] so I think he could do a quite good job for my team so I'll see what I can stack up with

[00:15:01] father during the week might just do a month squad here so what squad there so I think I should

[00:15:09] be able to unlock him of course within two months yeah I'm not sure though that's my sort of

[00:15:15] nice when I look at this card Chris talked about Zico I wanted to do the Zico card Chris

[00:15:20] well then I'm back to the other Zico card the 92 right at this week which is very unlucky sorry

[00:15:25] John I'm just gonna stop you there you dropped another name there you've picked it up for you

[00:15:29] because your right name drop are all the time Zico team a year Christian Ronaldo let's say like a

[00:15:35] total pack like Merchand you know what I mean I am not gonna lie I like I said this year I've

[00:15:39] been very lucky right with packs I did one of the icon upgrades and the first one I did got the 92

[00:15:45] Zico from it I was like oh I guess I don't have to do 91 SPC anymore and that happened exactly

[00:15:50] what Zitan as well I packed the 95 well wanted to do the 92 Zitan as well but my midfield now is

[00:15:57] gullet 95 Zitan Zico and in front of there is Kakka the 19th on the stroke rate in principle this

[00:16:08] socrates card is five star five stars so should be a tad better maybe then Kakka but the

[00:16:15] difference is really natural it goes there's one stat here one point there that five in dribbling

[00:16:20] less five is strength more it's like don't think it matters that much and then 1.6 billion is actually

[00:16:28] bit much maybe for me but I do appreciate the discard being on the as we see but it's no mark of

[00:16:36] on buster which we shouldn't have got no but could I just mention one card that before we move on

[00:16:41] because we'll probably talk about the big high rating ones but there's one card for me icons it looks

[00:16:46] like it's really cheap I think is extinct at the moment and that's rude to do it for Nistel Roy

[00:16:51] yes that works out a really great card doesn't it we spoke about adding VM myself before we started

[00:16:58] the show like finally a Ruth Nistel and Striker card I mean still get a little bit nauseous when

[00:17:04] you see the goal in goal right but this are five star weak food for the skimmers high

[00:17:12] high attacking low defensive exactly this sort of looks like the player he actually was with

[00:17:19] the power shot in the first torch plus as well 97 finishing 90 composure there's the other

[00:17:27] Dutch guy as well in the team Berkham which is extremely cheap I still don't get why so cheap

[00:17:35] what's up with that all I don't know I can just I just want to mention first if you put a

[00:17:40] hook on that funnistel Roy looks great to be honest and he's extinct at 290,000 coins and that's

[00:17:46] super cheap for that card so if you can snipe one of those before the range goes up I think you

[00:17:52] can even make some coins if you for some reason shouldn't like the card and as comes to Dennis

[00:17:59] the menace yeah I don't know why he's always cheap I don't could be his body type because

[00:18:08] I don't see any big faults maybe if you want to make this composure might yeah I was gonna say

[00:18:14] if this you're gonna be extremely picky it's the heavy accuracy but other than that there's

[00:18:21] Trevella plush there's well I'm not a fan of that but the rest looks really good I really like

[00:18:30] the stats on him can start as Cam sent it forward and striker so that's a bargain card I guess

[00:18:41] you can choose the 5 star skill mous version or the first a weak version then the stats are identical

[00:18:46] so I don't think you can go wrong really with with that card for that price

[00:18:54] get price I mean it could be justified that he's Dutch I suppose for people off but

[00:18:58] no but Gullet is 16th so as always Reed so I don't know if that's actually the issue there

[00:19:04] do we need to talk about Gullet card things or do you like it is the best card in the game let's

[00:19:08] keep him no I think you couldn't talk about it since you've studied it I guess 94 Reed

[00:19:15] Gullet 5 star 5 star high high where it creates unique body type of course this card has 92

[00:19:23] composure on it himself you can play him CM Cam if you want to put him striker sure you play

[00:19:28] striker as well doesn't really matter 95 shot long shots 97 shot power unboosted 96 acceleration 91

[00:19:38] this Gullet card like the best card in the game period like there's not even a

[00:19:42] not one card sketch closed have this card in team in my arms maybe I should do some research

[00:19:49] share John to see if you can compare compare yeah yeah complete the whole place to help plus

[00:19:55] finesse your other finesse shot plus and he has the partial plus plus chip shot power

[00:20:01] inside false ping pause and this by bruiser rapid and Eric this card is basically does everything

[00:20:11] almost at max I wouldn't even know if you give this card a shadow he's probably also almost

[00:20:16] and top defender it's a top prize as well 7.6 millions and extinct I think you can probably

[00:20:25] expect him to go over 10 millions when the when that's adjusted then even if we're more 15 he'll be 15

[00:20:32] so yeah I'm guessing the pros are ready to just now pick him up to pick him up yeah well here's one for

[00:22:42] all team of the year players all bought from the market as well wow couldn't play unfortunately for him though

[00:23:00] the gullett is actually higher than the 95 from others composure yeah and just just and I'm sorry

[00:23:20] not available but I think the anything you can see on that card do you think is

[00:23:26] that as a worth one it definitely feels like me worth 1.9 but as anything that

[00:23:30] card that you'd tell people to be wary of or just that now which which card was that I didn't

[00:23:35] care very good the only card there's one version that's five steps gamers a one version that's

[00:23:41] five star weightfoot and I think he'll go higher so I can't really

[00:23:51] I can't see anything well no I don't know on the market now but between that short plus and

[00:23:57] rapid plus combined that with the fact he's got 97 base cards beat yes good yeah a rapid plus as

[00:24:04] well so he's gonna blitz through and we can play wide as well from the start so

[00:24:12] yeah one of them is the five star skill is 1.9 max range and extinct the five star

[00:24:20] weakfoot one is 3.8 so I would go for the 1.9 and try to snipe him and maybe make some coins or

[00:24:28] just use it that I have fun as well but I think we can all agree on that first day team

[00:24:36] the icons released content as well fact that didn't got spoiled it's a pretty good start this

[00:24:43] problem isn't yeah it's a very good start I've not seen you happy this week at all like this envy

[00:24:51] I got a little bit excited when I saw that there were no there were no leaks and I was like

[00:26:33] envy we also had a restart of the season yes we did and of course I have my opinions on that

[00:26:42] as usual we got some new and better rewards which is nice and um

[00:26:48] they were really good good. I'm guessing that's why you're trying to trick me to talk about that

[00:26:53] we were relegated one division instead of two that's normal when there's a long season coming

[00:26:59] uh not too happy about that but uh yeah just have to go with uh with grind losing six seven eight

[00:27:07] matches in the row and win one and then go again that's not that's what I don't like but I would

[00:27:13] probably have lost some in division four anyways so I think Chris is on your side though here

[00:27:21] also Chris what do you think the change in the rivals we got a new season longer season again

[00:27:27] in the injury am I correct there yeah longer season so that's something I like but we only

[00:27:32] dropped back one but we did get extra rewards so what's your thoughts on that

[00:27:37] I quite look at it I'll go honest we are my division five division four player I won't get any

[00:27:42] higher so I think I finished in division four I'll steadily make my way up and enjoy your rivals so

[00:27:48] I quite like the more to the game more than any other um I found the color color moanie card a bit

[00:27:56] strange I know we do sometimes you know self-earning we tend to hit that level the highest level

[00:28:03] fairly quickly so we've always got a week then you actually look about how many games you've

[00:28:07] got to play and it's only a 90 rated card and then you see the cards out tonight it already feels

[00:28:13] like that card is going to be obsolete by time we get there um so I found that strange the

[00:28:19] bit of time I tried something different but the card at the end of the reward just to me just

[00:28:22] isn't good enough that's a disappointment for me I like the longer season I thought last season

[00:28:28] was just too short I was five level short from getting to the end I think I played 35 games in rivals

[00:28:34] and I did pick up my bronze T4 at getting to the season which automatically straight away got flush

[00:28:39] down the toilet um so no I'm happy where I like rivals I enjoy it I know a lot of guys don't

[00:28:47] but for me hopefully they bring back the limited cup that would make my day

[00:28:51] yeah that would be nice I just need to mention about the Colomani card you unlock this birthday

[00:28:59] um belladine at level 10 is it I think yeah and then you unlock Western McCannier at level 20

[00:29:10] and you need and in senior level 30 so you need to use those players to unlock

[00:29:17] this Colomani card so you need to keep them all until the end you can't use them and you can

[00:29:22] of course use them in a specific way but if you do that you won't be able to unlock the

[00:29:26] Colomani so we need to kind of stack those cards until the end because the last objective for

[00:29:33] Colomani is to play 15 matches either in squad battles or rivals or for champs

[00:29:40] and you need to have ultimate birthday belladine, McKinney and any version of the birthday

[00:29:47] insignia because there's a one for five star skin with a one for five star weakfoot so you need

[00:29:50] to have all three on the page for 15 matches to be able to get through the last level of

[00:29:56] and locking Colomani so remember that. Yeah Chris is shaking his head I was about to make a

[00:30:02] remark but I think it's better that I put it safely into Chris hands now. 50 matches come on I mean

[00:30:07] this is like the early evolutions I mean who can be bothered for that you know you can pick up an

[00:30:12] elution there I think I did Bernardo silver he's 92 rated and he's more likely to get him a team

[00:30:18] than Colomani unless there's going to be something coming up and we've talked about this before

[00:30:22] tokens or whatever or certain modes where you need certain type of players but you know for me

[00:30:29] will even bother you know I got to have this excited when I seen it Colomani talk again striker

[00:30:34] and he got five star skill five star weakfoot angry or five star skills I can't quite remember

[00:30:39] but first that skill must say 50 matches I mean come on who's going to do that that's just

[00:30:46] that's just the last step that's the last step so you know you might see I might get it

[00:30:52] up. I think they're naturally but 15 matches just to get this card and I quickly rushed through

[00:30:59] the game last night to the loop but I don't know does it end does the Colomani end almost the same

[00:31:03] time as the season. Yeah it's one of the last it's level 30 for the insinu card so yeah

[00:36:33] mistakes when pressed I think that change was specifically for playing against the AI which is

[00:36:39] even if you press them real hard even if they have 10 composure it felt like they had 99

[00:36:45] composure I think that change was not necessarily on that and if you're wondering might be many people

[00:36:51] know but if you wonder what composure it is the amount of mistakes or how you deal with being

[00:36:57] pressured so if someone gets close to a player the composure stance sort of ups the risk of making

[00:37:04] a mistake so if you have a low composure the chance of getting a mistake a bad pass bad shot in

[00:37:09] while someone is getting close to the player you're controlling it's what gets effect so our

[00:37:14] composure makes it less likely you make a mistake when being pressed and in this game where most

[00:37:19] people and not most people many people play a pressure tactic or high pressure composure does

[00:37:25] really matter but I think that changes in AI change only basically a lot of play styles got

[00:37:32] tuned down a lot of play styles plus got slightly tuned down or sometimes even a little bit of a

[00:37:39] boost I think but in VN Chris you guys didn't like it and I got a very specific opinion about this

[00:54:39] done for years game play wise they're actually on top of being on the changes and I feel like

[00:54:45] I know I'll get called EA show and all those things for this but be glad we're not playing a broken

[00:54:52] overpowered meta this year because we're not we're not two balls partial team press definitely

[01:01:25] because to be fair this game is the best balanced FIFA we've had in maybe even a decade if I'm

[01:01:32] quite honest because there is no overpower thing available for everyone which we always had

[01:01:38] this is the way to score this is the formation to play this is the way to defend or whatever

[01:01:44] that's just not the matter this year that's like pros play a different game than everyone else does

[01:01:48] currently that's also never happened because everyone else could play that same type of game

[01:01:52] so I think they're doing the right things but I do get the fact that it's not the right things for

[01:01:58] everyone all the time but I am for one happy they are trying to change these things and it makes me

[01:02:06] or we talked talked about the halfway point of FC 25 this week as well on the other show

[01:02:12] and it makes me sort of hopeful that they are actually looking into gameplay things except

[01:02:17] instead of just turning things off they can also play drop all the play styles or disable

[01:02:24] which they also did it started here when they couldn't fix it so I like to see this on my positive

[01:02:29] note and I do get the point that people say hey stamina but there's also things you just simply can't

[01:02:34] change all the way or you can't do 180 halfway through the year I do get that as well and I'm not saying

[01:02:41] I don't get your points I do actually do maybe I'm a little bit stubborn saying I think there's

[01:02:47] plenty of things to counter those things you say but that's also maybe because I only do gameplay

[01:05:12] having draws in it I think if you win 50 percent of time you'll be up and elite you win if you get

[01:05:18] 50 percent wins in total you get up to a lead so if you're on the 40 percent say you lose four out

[01:05:25] of you win four out of ten you're probably not too high division and if you win six out of ten

[01:05:32] you're probably in too high division it's sort of but that damage is a little bit of a

[01:05:37] weight way of looking at it sir but with the draw starts from makes little heart because for

[01:05:42] example yes that I play a blade 15 games I won't eat eleven but drew four and actually if you

[01:05:48] drew if you draw in the wrong time on that 15 matches you actually won't get up that much

[01:05:55] from those 15 eaters so it's a bit hard if you lose 90 percent you're probably too high though

[01:06:05] he also asked how much is a price for play decided you want to try then

[01:06:08] what did you say he says how much does the price of a player decide if you will try them for

[01:06:15] example eight there was only 500k so it all you can't be that elite then a recently packed him

[01:07:30] you know the the last cup they had it was 87 rated scored wasn't there something that 86 rated

[01:07:35] scored and joy that I think more of that mode allows to use different players I think me particularly

[01:09:05] for failure yeah I think if you just go with the one set basically when choosing a formation that

[01:09:16] is kind of set for this house to unless you're extremely good player you need to adjust it

[01:09:23] the way you play you play matches and see okay I noticed this player makes those runs or stays in

[01:09:29] that position okay maybe I should change the way the instructions are on that player for example if all

[01:09:35] three center mids are set to cover wing I would prefer at least one of them to cover center

[01:09:41] for example so I think if you try a new formation you need to start balanced like it is set up and

[01:09:50] then play a match or two see what works it what doesn't work and then do a few adjustments there

[01:09:56] and there on the players and and see how it works in the next matches and then keep going because

[01:10:01] it's gonna take you 10-15 matches to kind of set it up the way it works for your style so

[01:10:07] just need to be patient if you're gonna try something new at least go once Chris any to add there

[01:10:15] no really I'm very much stick to the one formation at the moment so that's the player yeah very

[01:10:21] much I came in with the formation is the truth of my four three two four three two one probably

[01:10:26] no you know two up front definitely two up front what is I can't remember it was all a long

[01:10:31] time ago and I don't like changing it I would like the thing I'd like to see more in the game is

[01:10:35] something I'd like to see is attacking fullbacks it adds I think it feels adds a lot to the game

[01:10:40] and also I would be careful with settings on the CDM especially the higher eight ones maybe don't

[01:10:46] put any settings on them just leave them balanced and let the let the AI sort of move them about

[01:10:51] the place I find with it I've got two year Rodray and he always seems to be in a strange position

[01:10:57] and I don't think I've got quite got the settings right on him no I think fullback's once

[01:11:01] is a good remark I think that's one that either makes your formation work I don't like them on

[01:11:07] stay back for example except when I know a player in a very good player they aren't stay back whatever

[01:11:12] happens but if you put them on join the attack just know you'll be very open and I would always

[01:11:18] start them either balance or stay back to start off a new formation to try with all the others won't

[01:11:24] break your gameplay so to speak I don't think at least go for center or like go for wing it's

[01:11:31] something you experience once playing like in this has just played 15 matches or 10 matches you

[01:11:35] got a feeling as someone is it's not if there are huge caps and you try to figure those you got

[01:11:40] to close those with those instructions but the fullbacks don't start with join on attack compote of them

[01:11:46] because they'll probably hurt and make it a more frustrating first day experience doesn't mean

[01:11:52] it doesn't work because I do think this year fullbacks are as good as they have ever been so

[01:11:58] they can definitely make a change which is why I have one question for Invis left

[01:12:05] should I go for Rolfo for over goal or should he just leave it if she should go for Rolfo over

[01:12:12] over goal actually cool I would go with Rolfo because she's she's versatile first to
