[00:00:15] First we'll dive into the latest buzzes around the new FC24 promo, Greats of The Game. From legendary players to game changing cards, we'll break down everything you need to know to stay ahead in FC24. That's not all.

[00:00:30] Archon is back from an unforgettable Euro 2024 match and will be sharing his first-hand experiences from all the details from the game. Also these Austrian fans are singing something to you, but I can't hear them. Please explain later. So grab your controllers and settle in.

[00:01:05] If you're wondering why we were smiling, why we were looking extremely tired tonight, it's because we had some tech issues and this is the seventh time we tried to record this show so hopefully this all works out. You guys are looking well.

[00:01:20] I'm a substitute host tonight because of this. So I have, well I just read out of the script which the promo was. What can you tell us about the promo before we go into Archon's legendary stories about the Euro?

[00:01:32] These are greats of the game, icons and hero cards we're getting back. We had a few in the beginning of the Path to Glory promo. Now it's kind of like Team 2 for both.

[00:01:45] So we got lots of icons and quite a bit of heroes as well, not as many. All the best icons, R9, Ronaldo, Henri, Sidon, Kroij, Kholid, not from Basten, Viera, Ronaldo, Maldini and of course the legend Trezeghe as well of course. Gerd Müller etc.

[00:02:10] So all the big boys are in packs at the moment. Some are extinct of course and some are surprisingly cheap. A little bit of mixed prices to be honest at the moment. But interesting. Awesome. Looks pretty cool though. Yeah, great stats, great play styles, some are 4, some are 3.

[00:02:32] So these can be upgraded. They have reset everything from the group stages so the nations they represent needs to score 2 goals for plus 1 rating to the card and need to score 4 goals for a play style plus or a 99 rated stat.

[00:02:50] So players like Henri, R9, Ronaldo, Sidon, Viera etc. They will get a 99 rated stat since they already have 4 playstyle plus. So it's going to be interesting to see how their team performs in the Copa America and in the Euros of course.

[00:03:08] So they will kind of give us an extra plus watching matches as well I guess. I hope. For me, not necessarily. But for you Archie, are you looking forward to put these cards in use? I've heard you've not packed anything yet so.

[00:03:25] Well actually I packed some cards already. Three times three as a get actually tonight and one of them was tradeable. Not sure if he's going to make a team because I'm not as big fat as Ingeve here of his skills in this game.

[00:03:45] You know what there are so many use cards right now they had to come up with a promo to bring those icons heroes to teams and add them the force type plus. So because they were getting behind the power curve already with other cards with other

[00:04:02] promos like puff to glory and recent make your mark promo. So yeah I had been lucky a little bit tonight. I got also the Piero. You know they're crazy. I unlocked yesterday Pushkas and right now it's just I have DePie Pushkas, the Piero.

[00:04:24] Too many cards not as much time to try them on. No I couldn't imagine that. You're so unfortunate my friend. Thank you. Painful. Ingeve is it painful for you so far? Yeah not any icons at all. I packed Marquisio which is of course a good card.

[00:04:48] Francescoli and Rui Costa so it was fun the first 25 minutes and then no more pack lock for me tonight. So maybe I'll do some player picks etc later on and hopefully I would be happy to get one icon.

[00:05:03] I don't care if it's a top one or just any of them would be nice. So fingers crossed it looks fun. Many people I know have gotten lots of icons and heroes so at least the pack weight is

[00:05:15] better than the horrible make your mark promo so that's a good start at least for me. Yeah it was horrible promo for you. I mean we did two shows saying you found it horrible but. Just to remind everybody. I got so much negativity this week.

[00:05:32] If you hate this promo we think it's a pretty cool promo. Like yeah but I think everyone hates it except if you pack that top player then suddenly it feels better. It could have been good but it was not executed very well I think.

[00:05:44] This looks much sharper right off the bat. There's also some blue cards there what's up with those? The blue cards are the heroes Marquisio, Teves, Francescoli, Costa, Blackmanman, Kodoba, Campus, Kawaii. Yeah because why not have extra blue cards in this game?

[00:06:02] I love the design on these icons and hero cards they look great. No it does look great but I think like for my I feel every week we discuss a new promo when I look at the thumbnail it's blue because there's blue promo cards.

[00:06:18] Yeah there wasn't much blue and they make you mark promo which well that's the Greek flag. Yeah the Greek promo. The Copa America ones were blue of course so that's a different story. But it's alright.

[00:06:32] Guys before we dive into any objectives or as we see Zingvi what is your current relationship with the game? We're pretty far in I still play in die hard grinding the game did you back off up a little bit what's going on with you?

[00:06:48] I'm still going on same kind of tempo I've done pretty much since the start not too much not too little just kind of stable solid grind managed to unlock Pushkash last night so I've

[00:07:04] done all the objectives without kind of spending much time every day doing it so it's been quite okay. I'm not burnt out like I usually am around this time I'm not tired I still find the

[00:07:18] fun moments so as long as the connection is fine the gameplay is okay then I have fun trying lots of new cards at least. That's very cool though Archon did anything change for you after the Creed tournament?

[00:07:31] So I'm glad that you're like mentioning that Creed tournament it's alright I can handle that listen this season I grinded really hard and John is showing me his trophy I

[00:07:45] think this is my last time here guys now but to be honest this season I try to grind it hard to get all those points to unlock I think those crazy free obtainable cards deep

[00:07:59] eye Pushkash cross Gerard whatever it's a pick between Gerard and Cross so you have to choose one but still I don't recall I'm not I don't play FIFA long time like three four years but I don't recall they ever gave us free cards those like boosted so much

[00:08:21] does the Pushkash I mean it's like perfect at least twice it's a perfect card for a striker position or secondary striker whatever you choose to. So this this season I grinded to get all those objectives done and stuff but this week after

[00:08:40] the trip that I took to Berlin I had to take a little rest it was let's say pretty pretty heavy time over there and very very stressful also for a Poland supporter so yeah.

[00:08:54] That was much better for the touch much better my friend talk about having horrible weekend football yeah it's a good start though. And the reason I was asking is though because we've been on the Creed event arch on after

[00:09:05] the Creed event of course we welcomed a new host on the show which well is you so welcome aboard officially I think that's the first show after we promised you announced you're coming on the show a little bit of housekeeping from the next season on you'll be doing

[00:09:23] a special show with me and of course Nathan with coaching corner so that's going to be awesome so welcome aboard but I found after we had the event in Creed I was a little bit

[00:09:35] burned out of course we did the shows I did play a little bit but I think I'm done playing at least until after coming back from all of that now because I checked I was 3000 matches

[00:09:46] in how many coaching sets you did this year how much content we make with 160 episodes or something that it feels it feels enough for now for me so I was like yeah I thought this this season I could grind really hard didn't actually get to it probably enough

[00:10:03] enough although seeing these cards in V makes me you get to take another dive two weeks before the holiday I'm actually scared to check my record of games that I played you probably way more than even me and you know that I started like two months ago the

[00:10:20] account on my PC so running two accounts it was I'm a little burnt out too so I don't feel fresh like playing you know so probably the you didn't feel fresh I'm playing the

[00:10:32] final one creditor you know what I think it's really my last show first and last show when I'm here just a little bit of friendly back to them for anyone wondering what's going on we played the final of the actual tournament against each other right

[00:10:51] hard which was a killer match you can still check it out on three games so we played the best of two that was the rule batch of two archham scored 3-0 against me in like 25 minutes

[00:11:06] or something in the first match I was like okay this is it this is definitely the moment the pupil beats the master here this is my last season in the creed I came back to

[00:11:17] two I think in a match in the next match I won I was two I was up and you scored a late equalizer making it 3-3 and I was playing 80 minutes with 10 people yeah

[00:11:28] because she had a red card for referee was from neither I wanted to say England off the tailer probably best not say anything anymore and we played because you do the best of two you can't really do extra time so we decided let's play

[00:11:44] another match and go into golden goal and I scored a golden goal on the 86th minute there's something it was close to the extra time already is so yeah was pretty it was pretty exciting more info about creeds in a couple of weeks I

[00:11:57] think as well yeah not really burned out I'm still love making content but I am sort of done playing or at least taking a break from playing myself anything before we listen to the arts awesome story from what he experienced

[00:12:10] in Berlin anything you wanted to highlight in this promo and tonight we're going to do a little bit of a shorter show but any objectives or as we see is worth discussing yeah we got the interesting objective I think in

[00:12:23] an SPC we also got some showdowns one showdown from the upcoming Raguay versus Columbia match should be interesting sorry it's Brazil actually Brazil versus Columbia sorry so that's Gomez and the Quintero I think so it looks like interesting cards kind of standard 93 rated as all the other

[00:12:45] showdowns but they get boosted nicely to a 95 rated if one of the team wins which is nice we got a win rune SPC at 1.8 1.9 millions to complete 18 sections I think that's too expensive at the moment card looks quite good it's got four

[00:13:07] place doubles plus finish up plus long ball pass plus dead ball plus and power shot plus so the card is solid but when you get a free push us for doing the season objectives I think this win is priced quite out of the range of what

[00:13:29] people normally would that be willing to spend as well so it's really though so yeah it's really so lots of England fans who's gonna love the card of course he probably will be quite good in game but I don't think he's gonna be better

[00:13:42] than push us for for me at least so so I'm not gonna do that as PC there's probably gonna come something more exciting anyways in the coming days Mark from Basta I've heard well we can hope I said sorry it's one of

[00:13:57] those things where like how come Mark from Boston never gets like a juiced up card the last time we got a special card from Mark from Boston was a cam which was weird as well we're still talking about two times yeah we're still talking about

[00:14:11] two times balloon door winner and three times European football of the year but hey never mind it's probably better to give but the is seven special card or something Artyom is the Rooney looking enticing for you or doesn't even fit

[00:14:27] with all the special cards you've obtained today you know what John I'm not a fan of Rooney cards I can but even not being a market specialist that 1.9 mil it's just hell of a overpriced as we see for now especially as England

[00:14:47] mentioned you can obtain all those great cards in the same position basically for a striker for central forwarder for free I would definitely recommend to wait for another SBC because I think with the leakers what they're saying the

[00:15:06] kafu is coming which probably will be must complete if they're not gonna overpriced like three four mil for that card because they can do that you know so but regarding what you mentioned about the van busten I'm surprised that

[00:15:21] they gave Rooney as SBC and the secondary striker also from England she were as objective they could just give us a little different nationalities you know what I mean there's so still many teams playing in euros so they don't

[00:15:39] have to give us to the same strikers from the same nationality I saw English prediction this might be the last time we see an England player for this for this weekend would be better if we had some showdowns Portugal team

[00:15:56] the SBCs and objectives to that would be nice that will fit this and then Rooney and and she should have been when when you had to use England team but in reason this week likes superb for showdown SBCs there's been a lot of

[00:16:15] showdowns lately which is nice so I am hoping that EA will continue with that during the Copa America and the euros and of course it used to cars even more as we get closer to the finals so that's I like those because those are

[00:16:30] usually priced quite under what you would expect kind of if you look at the parades card that got boosted 95 that's one of the cards with the most total in-game stats and it was a little bit over 100k I think to finish and

[00:16:45] plays great in game as well so so those are fun I think even though maybe not all of them will kind of make your team but with the boost they could be really fun place to use but part of this for me is a starter at the

[00:17:00] moment and he's just a great centre mid great card for a cheap cheap amount of coins if you compare them to the Paul for example the path to glory card my issue with the showdowns are is that you know they are boosting the cards that of

[00:17:16] course the win the game but right now they also we got ready to the point where they adding cards with a four-side places so for winning the game winning the showdown I think they should also give to those players

[00:17:32] one place up last and increasing the stats I agree I agree that hopefully that's something they'll do maybe close after listening to the sport yeah hopefully somebody at EA will listen that's a good idea let's do it

[00:17:46] yeah feel free feel free to name it there for them if you want but doesn't matter get a special foot in review upgrade if the players team beats their opponent that's fine that's awesome well no no no never gonna happen anything else you

[00:18:04] want to discuss about this promo I like to share a card for just playing lots of matches with a few English players and you can do them all in squad battles if you're doing evolutions it's just very easy to unlock this card on the way

[00:18:18] anyway so maybe some people using three England player as well if you do the rune SPC and have Gerardo unlocked and maybe Joe Gomez at center back Kyle Walker if you packed him then you can pretty much do this this a share of card by just

[00:18:36] playing the game normally looks very good and I like that he has five star week foot now compared to earlier year where he had five stars Kimmuss a good work rates much more agile with 92 agility and balance should be very good

[00:18:52] 98 composure press proven plus Power Shot plus aerial plus finesse normal power header incisive past ping pass technical rapid first touch quick step and Trivella so he's gonna feel quite nimble as well and with a quite good step on him

[00:19:10] with the quick step playstyle so I'll feel snappy hopefully so for a free card it's very good I'm just guessing just looking at the prices that comparing to last promo make your mark the pack weight is not as bad as it was like last week

[00:19:27] you know because if you can obtain the card like this I under 300k right now I mean that's crazy for me it's a first day let's not forget the first day and he's already less than 300k yeah so would it go even further down

[00:19:46] sure yeah and and Trezegar is 50k and that's max it's always you can go so unless he changes the ranges which they usually don't do before Tuesday if you can't sell them then you might have to wait until Tuesday if he changed the price

[00:20:05] range to sell the cup but I still think for 50k that Trezegar card is worth trying at least if you want to try to have fun for just trying new players that's always good thing to aim for

[00:20:16] Shavi is super cheap as well 150k Torres is under 500 galdmuller is 450,000 coins Shavi Alonso is 170 80,000 coins yeah I bring the ice card as well as cheap so lots of cool cards you can try if you want to space it up a little bit and try something different definitely

[00:20:44] we should actually post your team somewhere to see just how stacked everything is currently we definitely gained that power curve these these last couple of weeks didn't we? insane also you know what also I find pretty insane visiting Berlin to watch a football match from Poland with 71,000 players

[00:21:10] do you know no players or maybe FIFA players? thanks yeah that must have been something right definitely was you know we got a little bit lucky with the tickets because it's like two to three months you had the whole family spamming the websites

[00:21:28] exactly I basically hired 10 people from all my family just to log in at the specific day specific time and one of us got lucky and bought four tickets because that's the maximum amount that you can buy so I took all my three sons and we went to Berlin

[00:21:50] we decided to go one day before our game that we were supposed to watch just to visit the Berlin visit the fan zone see how it everything looks like from close closer closer view so and also visit the Berlin because they my

[00:22:09] son's never been in Berlin before so we went to the fan zone no I'll tell you that everything was great people over there you have to stop yeah except the match yeah it's absolutely right

[00:22:25] because that destroy our mood totally but what I want to say is all those supporters in the fan zone I was a little bit afraid because you know my younger is nine years old my middle 13 so it just I was like the only one

[00:22:42] who is like old enough for protection and stuff so I wasn't so much sure because they were having drinking involved in those fans on you know and everything so so I wasn't pretty sure if it's gonna be safe for them and stuff

[00:22:57] but they were coming people with the families with little kids and stuff everything was perfect if we talk about the safety and fun part but I want to mention that having experience because Poland and Ukraine host not a long time

[00:23:13] ago the euro our country was living it is like everywhere on the streets we were new it's euro the stores were closing out when our team national team was playing for example so everybody can watch it in Germany you don't feel that

[00:23:29] atmosphere till we get closer to like fan zone or stadium or whatever but in the streets now it just regular life because they are used to host the euros or whatever what cup so maybe they're getting that too often so we got

[00:23:44] one day before just to visit the fans on next day we went to early in the morning closer to the stadium we were expecting actually there's something going on around the stadium that there is a maybe fans on over there or something no

[00:23:58] nothing there so we basically had to wait till they let us into the stadium three hours before the game started so I thought our national stadium in Poland Warsaw is big and I was I was actually how surprised by the Olympics that I mean

[00:24:17] Berlin it's I think capacity 75,000 no 71 I think 71 yeah but basically every seed was taken and it makes tremendous I also words a mother noise yeah and you know what this is what I mentioned the show that we were trying to record

[00:24:37] before with our another host today so I was surprised that when they were selling ticket that didn't split the supporters from one team to one side and the other team to other side so we were like mix you know we were at the supporters

[00:24:54] Poland sitting close to Oshis and stuff so yeah it was a little bit like I was surprised you know the supporting the atmosphere everything was on a starting perfect till the game starts we know what happened it was like I was I

[00:25:11] got a hope after our first game that we played your national team Netherlands I'm not saying we did great but they gave us hope they gave us hope you know what I mean I'm like damn it and that was actually you know that the most

[00:25:24] important game for Poland because basically it had to determine who is going through the through the through the group and we didn't expect that I was sure would you as good as they did in the end of the after three games but of

[00:25:39] course the result of the game and game itself wasn't as good as we expected and or predicted or hoped actually the travel back way home the same day I had three hours of silence at my car with my son's yeah the youngest one

[00:25:57] actually was crying to be honest you know so yeah he really was upset about how they performed and because they perform very badly you know I don't mind losing games with the national team as we did like with the Netherlands but I was

[00:26:13] proud how they at least perform against you know not in this game it's like this it was like different team so so on a way back home three hours of silence you will stop that McDonald's of course the aid and they stopped always help yeah

[00:26:27] they forgot you know after eating so great experience great memories I'm so glad it's not my first euro but I'm glad my son's could like see that from the from closer view yeah wonderful story though and I know I mean I was kidding I am in

[00:26:45] a position I can make fun of a national team often that is performance for this Austria as well if we would easily beat them I wouldn't say anything today but we had a lesson there as well so I mean that makes it easier

[00:26:56] yeah but you know you were not expecting us and we perform as well as they did in this group actually well I well we played up before I think it's a great team and the great manager as well of course we were a bit naive for the

[00:27:11] stem honestly sort of cloud we got punished and also because we got punished we are now having a very nice trough into the next part of the tournament so we're also a bit lucky we got a little defeat which is a weird one but I know

[00:27:24] exactly how you feel about national team like imponent itself Archon it's like if when the match starts or when the match day is our people home early is store our stores closing is everyone watching outside well not the regular games you

[00:27:41] know not the regular games but when it was hosted in our country the store were closed everybody was allowed to store the clothes and whatever the factories whatever and watch the game and also I remember correct me if I'm wrong the

[00:27:58] work up was in Korea in 2002 something like that so it was the first work up when Poland gets to play after 30 something years at that time also like the government said that during the game Polish game everything is gonna

[00:28:14] be closed like we're every friendly game or whatever no of course it's we don't live with the football but we actually support of course our team though it's getting harder and harder to support this team but you know we have

[00:28:31] English crying in Norwegian now. Oh yeah don't talk about Norway that's a different story. I mean saying football I had a discussion this week saying people say I don't like football and stuff and I don't get what the hype is all about and here when

[00:28:48] stores don't actually close early because that's hard to do but you'll see people go to work but they go away from work very early or they work at home during the day just prepare yourself when it's 4 p.m. like this week of Tuesday

[00:29:05] when we played Austria when it's 4 p.m. like nobody's working anymore everyone's like okay preparing for the match get the barbecue ready make sure the friends are in make sure you be traffic before before the actual match starts and

[00:29:16] I think football does unite and I think especially on the euros I don't see these backstayings in the Copa America movie but maybe that's a story about different I think that's a way different well logistics is maybe a little

[00:29:32] bit harder as well but I think Copa America is played in in the US yeah some of the matches at least so maybe they don't have the same same relationship with football as we do here in Europe it's not as big over

[00:29:46] there as it is here so probably that's why there's not that many watching the matches I'm pretty sure if it was in Brazil Argentina or something I think it would be quite packed pretty much every match so it's kind of not as

[00:30:02] well yeah it's not as well known as the other American big sports like the NFL and baseball and etc so it's also harder when you have to travel that much though yeah I don't think longer longer distances probably in the US as well of

[00:30:18] course I should take his car from washout and drives to Berlin in three hours something how many hours longer six hours six hours alright so I might drive to Berlin is like five hours from here it's like in a middle between

[00:30:33] us and I think you see that like there were 45,000 Netherlands fans coming to the match this week which seems like hey that's a lot but it's also it's just a couple of hours drive and I think that's like where you see if you don't host it

[00:30:52] in the middle of a desert during winter what fans actually add to the game the tournament itself was great of course but I mean you see the difference when fans are actually able to travel to the stadiums to the to the sites and also

[00:31:05] Germany these stadiums are amazing like you said burden stadium is 71,000 but Herta Bay is a place there doesn't it envy that's their stadium right I think that's them yeah yeah that's not the biggest club in Germany's T1000 people

[00:31:22] though it's pretty amazing John to be honest that distance wasn't an issue and you know it also the problem was obtaining the tickets right getting well yeah that's I mean we can't even get that was the main issue you have to be

[00:31:37] in line you have to be a member for a long time and even then you got to pay an extraordinary amount of money it's easier to get a Formula One Grand Prix ticket in Silverstone than actually get a ticket for an European

[00:31:48] championship match for the Netherlands but it's also it's very much doable but you have to be aligned and such especially like you going with the family that would be near impossible for us have to be extremely lucky then again I did

[00:32:03] watch Nelland versus Poland with the kids this year which was a lot easier to get tickets for no offense to any video also went to a Netherlands versus Scotland they got a ticket for like 13 euro 50 I think so for the friendly

[00:32:17] when a Wave of Max so I was good but yeah euros talk about euros though Artyom who's gonna win it are you asking me who's gonna win it yes you know what so far of course I'm impressed by two teams mainly and those are Germany and

[00:32:34] Spain I'm not gonna lie I think whatever the group sorry I have a train he has a training yes zone train so that's why I stopped so in the group stage they showed at least for me that they're capable of winning with everyone and

[00:32:53] they're playing real really offensive style football I'm a little bit disappointed what I've seen from teams like France I expected more let's not mention England okay they have their own issues so so and also the teams

[00:33:13] that surprised me a lot like Romania I like you know that was one of the best games that we've seen they playing like against Ukraine 3-0 great goals you know and everything I think we cannot forget about Georgia and performance

[00:33:32] against Portugal I'm not saying they're gonna win it but this is the first appearance and they are through to the round of 16 right I will feel a little bit I wrote on the discord I think my thoughts about it imagine getting four

[00:33:48] points when three three teams are going forward to the round of 16 four points in a group and you're going home that's crazy for me so but for me definitely for now at least Spain and Germany are like one of those one of

[00:34:06] those teams I would put like push it win the Euro after the group stage yeah definitely AV yeah your favorite I loved watching Spain they really impressed me Germany in the two first matches were really good not so much in the last

[00:34:21] one got my substo in the last one yeah and Turkey impressed me a little bit as well played some cool football and Romania you must was so good yeah so of course Romania really surprised me now

[00:34:39] Austria have really surprised me as well but I think they have a very underrated coach showing that kind of why by a Munich wanted to to hire him as a manager but it's not underrated I think well for many English fans I think

[00:34:55] they didn't rate him very highly because of what happened in United but I don't think they knew how good he really is because what he's done with that team is crazy I think even though there's some good players but he still

[00:35:13] got the best out of them at the right time and I really liked that he kind of didn't run away to go to the environment yeah for sure well you said in that they have a great players but to be honest with you I don't see

[00:35:26] any big names in Austria I know we know players like Leimer Sabitzer and now we know them but we know the names yeah that's all it's good players that's all it play that's what I'm saying this is a solid team that everybody's

[00:35:39] playing in that team everybody knows their roles yeah they're playing like a club team like Germany the first two matches and they train with each other for a long time this is what they like this is how they show on the

[00:35:52] page comparing to the big name teams England let's just compare how they perform and it's just terrible so that's what I'm saying I don't see big names even in the Switzerland team right we know the players they also perform really

[00:36:05] nice in the group stage so but they're not they don't have big names that's what I just want to say we don't have any big names either anymore John you should not you should not say anything about Netherlands

[00:36:20] anymore after the Austria game for now but you got lucky you got very lucky with that loss I have to admit yeah although we are we would have we should have been France though that was a clear goal now we had six points and world

[00:36:35] would look a little bit different than but oh well it is what it is I said football unites but also football makes sure sometimes you don't sleep speaking about the Euro I watched the group where Belgium played and they

[00:36:48] played who their last game was against Ukraine yeah against Ukraine they draw 0-0 and I was surprised because as I was looking at the table one goal for Ukraine Belgium's out of the tournament yeah you know what I mean and they still
