FIR SHORTS: BPM Is Back! TOTW 6 & Hero SBC

[00:00:09] Today is Wednesday October 23. My name is Jon and I'll talk you through today's content including the Hero SBC.

[00:00:21] Talking about that SBC will have a look at its good value or not, but again I'll open mine on this show to hopefully prove the statistics

[00:00:30] I've spoken about. Let's start though by looking into team of the week number six and of course we have the infamous return of League SBCs.

[00:00:43] Before we jump into the Hero SBC let's get this going. So team of the week six and if you are of course looking on our live show or of course Spotify show

[00:01:12] This is team of the week six and so far we had a team of the week that had let's say very mixed

[00:01:21] Team of the week players. Usually there's one big player we had Walfere, we had a player last week

[00:01:27] and the rest is sort of mediocre. So if we have a quick look at today's team of the week

[00:01:34] We see of course leading the attack a 91 rated Harry Kane, but he is just 145 000 coins

[00:01:46] which of course isn't all that much. It's the great card well actually I use the 90 rated card at the first two weeks of

[00:01:54] FC 25. I quite like the card he does not miss and he has a finish shoulder plus I think as well

[00:02:01] So definitely worth trying him. Um, but yeah, you want maybe one next to him that has some speed

[00:02:08] What hasn't got speed is Icardi of course and I would almost say unfortunately comes in at 16 000

[00:02:15] I'm not gonna run through everything but there are

[00:02:18] Well, there is at least one stand out play here and that is of course the left winger from the PSG in the female league

[00:02:28] It is Karachowi

[00:02:31] Sakina Karachowi a left back or a left midfielder starts off as a left

[00:02:37] Winger so pretty much you can play every position on the left wing comes in currently at

[00:02:45] 289 000 coins which not too bad

[00:02:48] It's a lot of coins, but she'll go down at least a little bit

[00:02:51] But she of course stands out because she has a five star skill

[00:02:56] move and a four star weak foot

[00:02:58] She has a lot of roles and she is actually one of those players that if you put her on any position on the left side

[00:03:05] Now not only does she has three positions to fit in

[00:03:08] But she also have the white playmaker plus on the left winger

[00:03:12] She's got attacking wing back and falls back on the left back, which is an interesting combination

[00:03:18] And she has the white playmaker plus on the left midfielder

[00:03:23] I don't really see the logic in having a player that's supposed to be very good at attacking and being on the width

[00:03:29] But also be able to play falls back

[00:03:32] But anyways, it will bring you a lot of opportunities for this card and interesting enough

[00:03:38] If you look at the guard herself

[00:03:41] She is pretty good at defensive test 80 defensive awareness but 86 standing tackle with 86 interceptions

[00:03:48] Of course, this is with zero camel no cards, but then you look at your acceleration 93 acceleration 88 sprint speed

[00:03:54] So she's fast. She also has amazing dribbling with 91 dribbling or 91 agility and 88 dribbling with 87 composure and 88 ball control

[00:04:04] Which is nuts and 90 stamina

[00:04:09] She has with plus technical jockey anticipate relentless quick step and block

[00:04:14] This is all by all a truly amazing card

[00:04:18] But that made me think what does the normal card look like?

[00:04:23] So again, I put it on screen the non-informed card if you have a look at that

[00:04:27] Well, she can play left back and left midfield so no winger position

[00:04:33] And again, she does have the falls back plus and you're taking one back plus the white playmaker plus

[00:04:38] So the actual informed card has a position and a role extra

[00:04:43] Looking at the play styles, those are I think identical

[00:04:47] But this cards the non-informed comes in at 14 000 coins and this card never I actually never realized

[00:04:56] Stood out for me

[00:04:58] But this is such an interesting card again with five-star skill boost can play left back is really fast

[00:05:04] Can still defend

[00:05:06] Even the non-informed at 14 000 coins currently

[00:05:10] It's actually a standard I have not noticed before

[00:05:13] And realizing this I'm actually playing bombastor myself

[00:05:18] Seeing this card hit the team of the week

[00:05:21] And looking back in the non-informed form this might be a card I'll pick up myself

[00:05:25] To check out and try it at least as a left back and I play 3-5-2 currently so a three back

[00:05:32] This could actually be the better left back for me on that position than bombastor

[00:05:37] And if you've listened to yesterday's show

[00:05:39] Shaq recommend that we sell most players that are tradable bombastor is tradable

[00:05:45] So I will switch out bombastor for the non-informed card

[00:05:49] Should we?

[00:05:49] Unless of course, I'd be able to pack her this weekend season

[00:05:53] But that's I would think one of the standout and interesting cards of the team of the week

[00:06:00] If you look at the rest of the team of the week

[00:06:02] It's nothing special if I'm quite honest

[00:06:04] Padri of course CDM 87 rated comes in about 100 000

[00:06:09] And we have Diabri on 170 000 coming on the right midfield

[00:06:14] But three-star weak food

[00:06:18] It's not a bad card not at all

[00:06:20] But I'll see I think he will drop a little bit further on

[00:06:26] Guardiol of course left back and center back from

[00:06:30] Manchester City and I was looking at Guardiol and thinking that could actually be a really good center defender

[00:06:37] But it's a center ball playing center defender and I'd say you only need one of those and I usually

[00:06:43] Use uh, Virgil and Dyke there

[00:06:45] But this is not a bad card playstyle power header

[00:06:48] He's got block plus

[00:06:50] He can pass he's got the jockey he's got the power header

[00:06:53] This is an interesting card and he just comes in one 137 000 coins

[00:06:58] So quickly summarize the team of the week if you look at the or or end up the team of the week if you look at the bench

[00:07:05] Those are all cards around 10k

[00:07:09] Kalulu of course Juventus player is

[00:07:11] Rated 82 center back

[00:07:14] Decent speed he is worth

[00:07:17] About 30 000

[00:07:20] Anchorage Jones is about worth 20 000 we got all small from Feyenoord coming up from a silver card, which is interesting

[00:07:27] So he has a 66 rated silver card his inform is an 80 rated card. He's very fast

[00:07:34] But he didn't get any

[00:07:36] Playstyles added to his card, so he has no playstyles which I think is a bit of a shame

[00:07:42] Could be good cool card for evolution later on though

[00:07:46] Of course the verbrugge finishes it the team of the week

[00:07:51] But then again 81 rated goalkeeper nothing changed no far reach not anything added to his playstyles

[00:07:56] So not really worth it

[00:07:59] That's team of the week number six a last shout out to suarez

[00:08:04] Not for only getting an informed card doesn't look a good card at all if i'm quite honest

[00:08:09] But the dynamic image is really solid

[00:08:17] It is the return of the mixed league upgrades and the premium mixed league upgrades and

[00:08:59] So we're talking about the mixed league upgrades and

[00:09:01] The premium mixed league upgrades

[00:09:04] And he says

[00:09:06] It's just a way to recycle folder and get a mix of tradable and untradable packs

[00:09:10] There's a premium in a standard set and you can bronze spec method your way through the standard group

[00:09:17] And theoretically the folder from that goes into the premium one

[00:09:22] And that's how you do it

[00:09:23] You do the mixed leagues

[00:09:24] You go into the premium one

[00:09:26] You open bronze specs

[00:09:27] You put the players in

[00:09:28] Or you sell the players

[00:09:29] That's actually worth it

[00:09:34] But basically it is a good way to store your folder in

[00:09:39] Whereas new receipt says

[00:09:40] And then you pack a payday

[00:09:42] Which well daniel usually packs something great from these SBCs

[00:09:46] So this is a good thing to have them in

[00:09:48] They come in about 10k and I think 27k in total

[00:09:51] I'm not even going to put it on screen because it doesn't really say much

[00:10:27] I thought it is time to look at if it's worth

[00:10:32] To win

[00:10:33] If what the chances are you get something from it

[00:10:37] So I think it's time for stuff

[00:10:39] Look, the SBC itself comes in at 165

[00:10:45] Thousand coins at the moment

[00:10:47] We are recording this show

[00:10:50] So last week I said when we do the hero SBC

[00:10:52] Let's have a look

[00:10:53] The icon SBC

[00:10:54] Let's have a look

[00:10:55] Which players, how many players there are

[00:10:57] How many players are cheaper than actually the

[00:11:01] Value of the SBC

[00:11:01] So how big is the chance you actually have to do it

[00:11:04] Last week we had nine players that were less

[00:11:07] Than the value out of the 24 available

[00:11:10] So I said it's definitely worth doing and I packed myself a bit out of it

[00:11:16] This week I think it could be a little bit different

[00:11:19] Of course the SBC is a bit cheaper with the 170k or 165k price point

[00:11:26] But I did a quick look at the mats and if I did everything correct

[00:11:31] It shows that we have 65 available heroes rated 88 or below

[00:11:39] And if we look at the list and I put it on screen for everyone watching

[00:11:43] If we put it on screen it says that we from those 65 players

[00:11:48] There is about 31 players with Nadine Kessler being the 31st

[00:11:54] 31 players that are actually worth less than 165,000 coins

[00:12:01] That means 31 out of 65 if I do my mats correctly and I should have done this before

[00:12:07] The show with Ramondas but I think that's about 52 or 53%

[00:12:12] That's more valuable than the actual SBC is

[00:12:17] So basically 50-50 chance if you pack something that's good enough for you

[00:12:22] But I think it's worth risking because at this stage having one of those top icons

[00:12:29] Can definitely make a difference and even if you pack Mascherano, Beasley, Jose Hernandez or Marquez

[00:12:38] These are not too much under the value so it's all probably better than so

[00:12:44] But if you look at the top range we of course have Hamzyk at 1 million

[00:12:47] We got Ramirez at 1 million

[00:12:50] We have Toure at 1.6

[00:12:52] Hazard at 1.9

[00:12:53] And Dinantale at 2.1

[00:12:56] So there is a big gap between what the SBC cost and the higher rate of players

[00:13:02] And actually if we look at which players are worth more than 200,000 and above

[00:13:07] Or actually 250,000 and above

[00:13:10] That's just six or five players or less

[00:13:13] So it would put the rate you can pack something worth

[00:13:18] More than 250,000 at about 45-ish percent

[00:13:24] I think it's worth the Campbell

[00:13:27] But it's also worth noticing that the last time we had an ERO

[00:13:32] SBC

[00:13:33] I packed of course Jose Campos

[00:13:35] So well could also be another letdown because they come in

[00:13:38] He comes in at around 27k

[00:13:41] And he's well actually not very good in game either

[00:13:44] So I thought if I recommend doing it

[00:13:48] But also saying it is a 50-50 chance

[00:13:52] You could actually get something good out of this

[00:13:55] I thought it was good doing it on air

[00:13:59] Put my money again where my mouth is and saying let's open the pack

[00:14:02] I did the SBC before we started

[00:14:25] This is of course a digital casino as many know

[00:14:27] So I'm not expecting too much

[00:14:30] But I'm just going to open it

[00:14:31] See what we get

[00:14:32] And in the end

[00:14:33] We get Georges which is a center defender with 85 plays and 87

[00:14:40] With 87 rated total

[00:14:42] If you look at the value of Georges

[00:14:45] I don't think

[00:14:47] Quickly looking at the actual value of all the players

[00:14:51] And if he's much better

[00:14:52] But I want to prove my point that even if you don't get the

[00:14:56] As long as you don't get the worst it's not that bad honestly

[00:15:00] 87 rated Georges is actually worth 273,000

[00:15:04] And I quickly looked now and I think the biggest difference is

[00:15:08] He's a stopper

[00:15:09] Plus plus with actually a sprint speed of 87

[00:15:13] So I was lucky once again to say the least

[00:15:17] That means I can't really complain again

[00:15:20] But here you see that most of these cards

[00:15:22] Are sort of worth doing

[00:15:25] It is a 50-50 chance

[00:15:27] And even if you do think you didn't pack anything great

[00:15:29] Like I just did live on there

[00:15:31] You know you actually could pack something

[00:15:33] So this is a big surprise

[00:15:34] I might sell virtual

[00:15:36] But no, I probably won't

[00:15:38] But still good card

[00:15:39] Nice to have
