[00:02:13] the thing kind of lots about the gameplay side of this game. I know very little about anything

[00:02:19] in the menus or any players. I've met Invy online through a old guys play FIFA group where by the way

[00:02:27] I wasn't that old yet I was actually the youngest in that group but hey anyways Invy was and

[00:02:34] is extremely knowledgeable soft spoken and very organized. Making his debut with me on episode 0 which

[00:02:41] was our pilot episode. Invy has been on 326 episodes so far and it even went as far as joining

[00:02:53] me on a journey to see if we can make a food daily show which by now you know that wasn't

[00:02:58] doable in a long term. Anyways let's give it up for Mr. Food Database it's Invy.

[00:03:06] Hello my name is Invy I'm one of the co-founders of the podcast I met John many years ago

[00:03:15] on Twitter and we started a group on WhatsApp talking about food and FIFA but that's what

[00:03:24] it was called in general at that time and we a little bit of the more kind of older generation of

[00:03:30] players talked about what we liked and what we didn't and John kind of mentioned starting a

[00:03:35] podcast several times and I was really skeptical and I think John kind of had to sweeten the

[00:03:41] deal a little bit before I managed to kind of jump into it. I was a little bit skeptical but I'm

[00:03:47] really glad we started in August 2019. We're doing it so many years now and I've learned so much

[00:03:54] about podcasting the game, new friends, the community how big it really is and met so many great

[00:04:01] friends. Kind of started with the daily podcast where I found kind of crazy when I think about it now

[00:04:10] we kind of cut it down after a while. It was a lot of work and our technology wasn't the best

[00:04:16] as well but our equipment upgraded and our pot has been yeah I think the quality is raised as

[00:04:23] well which I'm really happy about me and John who had many discussions about things and with the

[00:04:29] other guys as well we had some great discussion on the podcast and I really feel fortunate to be a

[00:04:35] part of this and I'll be forever grateful for John getting me into this and he's a friend that

[00:04:42] I really trust and I'm really happy to have in my life and then the same with the other guys

[00:04:48] Chris, Dan, John, Nate, everyone that's been on the podcast as well our guests, the other guys

[00:04:57] in the discord is like it's great having this in kind of daily life pretty much. It's kind of boring

[00:05:06] a day without something to do with the part of the people around it so I'm really happy with that.

[00:05:12] I hope you guys enjoy it. I've enjoyed our 600 episodes so far and I don't have any plans to quit

[00:05:21] and I'm really looking forward to the future and see how far and where we get and I really really

[00:06:30] following foot in review ever since I got reintroduced to FIFA and especially to ultimate team during

[00:06:37] the pandemic in 2020. I was seeking out podcasts and found this fantastic show and I've kind of been

[00:06:46] involved ever since I hosted my first show I think in 2021 and I've just loved every minute of it

[00:06:53] and whilst it's been fun doing the recordings, doing the pods and everything like that

[00:06:57] the best thing about it all has been the community and the jokes and the laughs that we've all had

[00:07:02] together. It's just been fantastic I will never tire despite my bad reactions of something like

[00:07:08] Grand Puppermax, Dad jokes. I will never tire of speaking to my good friend Shaq about trading and

[00:07:16] helping other people to try and make some coins and all the laughs I have with Nathan all the times

[00:07:21] he's bullied me into doing icon packs and things like that and of course everybody that I've hosted

[00:07:27] and co-hosted a show with over these past three and a bit years has been a fantastic journey. I

[00:07:33] can't wait to see what the future holds. I hope I'm going to be around here till episode 1000

[00:11:54] someone will definitely get back on the show in terms of an episode that I listened to it really stuck

[00:12:00] in my mind for me was when Talando was on James and his story is so inspirational he's a great guy

[00:12:10] and a one person I love to be honest I've never been on a show with him before I'm looking forward

[00:12:14] to it but hopefully not after Celtic beat us in the old firm Darby come this Sunday

[00:12:19] but the show that really really sticks in my mind is one that we did with my good friend Tommy

[00:12:24] Beige on an eye where we talked about Tommy and the demons that he's faced through addiction

[00:12:30] his honest chat and conversation that we had and the way they just described it and how actually

[00:12:37] FIFA itself had helped them it's just an amazing episode so I'll just mark your cards with that one

[00:14:29] it's been brilliant I joined the hosting team in 2021 it's helped me through personally some

[00:14:37] really tough times you've had lockdowns mental health it's been phenomenal what a place the

[00:14:42] discord has been incredible made some friends for life you know John and Dan etc it's just

[00:14:48] been an amazing it's been an absolute blast love the podcast I was a big time listener before it

[00:14:54] Envy's voice and his knowledge was amazing John's Dutchness was just brilliant then early 2021 when

[00:15:00] Dan joined loved that sort of silky smooth voice had some great times recording and all me and Dan

[00:15:07] have vented a lot big shout out to Nishon as well because his rants has always made my day whenever

[00:15:13] he's on it I listen to it helping out with Dan and Shaq on the trade and show just sessions with

[00:15:20] John we've been playing coat with John and Dan the whole thing's just been an incredible experience

[00:15:24] in something I'm so proud to be a part of a 600 episode is massive massive such a commitment and

[00:15:31] you know I don't think people realize their work that goes into it especially from John and Dan

[00:15:35] you know the regular hosts personal highlight for me was starting to host a few shows I know I'm not

[00:15:42] the easiest to understand with my sort of Scottish English hybrid accent but it's been brilliant so

[00:15:48] much fun I can't even highlight a particular episode I really like because they've all just been

[00:15:53] been brilliant um so yeah I just wanted to pop on say massive congratulations and you know I'm

[00:16:00] not even trying to sign off with a funny joke I'll leave that to Grandpa Papamac who is the absolute

[00:16:04] icon of our own in our bad bad jokes anyway that's it for now I just wanted to say hi congratulations

[00:16:18] next up is one of our earliest fans but with the actual food review team since August 2020 it

[00:16:27] is the man that always makes it hard for me to see if I did a show or if he did one it is the person

[00:16:32] that can't stop talking about food which is why he's known as token food on socials

[00:16:38] we're rocking along with 39 show appearances so far and he's responsible for all the daily funny

[00:16:46] posts in our discord it is the man with the best name in the world if I do say so myself

[00:16:52] also from Perth Scotland it is John aka talking food hi all it's John talking food from Bonnie

[00:17:00] Scotland and I just want to wish everybody at the food interview podcast a huge congratulations

[00:17:05] on reaching the milestone of 600 episodes and here till the next 6,000 we did all start for me

[00:17:12] back in the LEDs not episodes one or ten but I've got the podcast not long after that before

[00:17:17] no matter what ever since obviously a little bit biased now that I'm part of the podcast team but for

[00:17:21] me it was and is still the best because it's about friends so when you can clearly hear when

[00:17:27] you listen to the podcast it's friends having a discussion now each person brings their own point

[00:17:32] of view sometimes it's agreement sometimes it's this agreement but that was what caught my attention

[00:17:38] it was friends having a chat about the game that I was invested in some favorite moments oh god there are

[00:17:44] loads but I've picked two one is then back in 2020 when I was invited on as a guest for the

[00:17:50] podcast for the first time I was bricking it we joined an area we were brilliant so professional

[00:17:55] kept the show going made me look like it was part of the show so much much appreciation and love

[00:18:01] for that the second thing is the community that's now grown and now while it's maybe not the

[00:18:06] biggest community earlier it is a fantastic community and the community goes from Strens to Strens

[00:18:11] so for me personally I've been to two edumbra meetups I'm going to create this year and this

[00:18:17] create last year through other commitments and this is just the sort of things that the community

[00:18:21] do they're invested in each other and we've just come off some back as some fundraiser and so

[00:18:26] no spoilers for that but that's fantastic and it just shows what this community is great for

[00:18:32] but enough for me there's only one thing left to say and that's to drop it all the way from

[00:18:38] down under now a steady part of our weekly release schedule he's a super trader super smart and

[00:18:44] well spoken I could say he's basically our market analyst of both cost he supports Manchester United

[00:18:51] which he's shown several times on the video show he made his debut in July of 2022 with a total

[00:18:58] of 26 shows currently off those 26 shows though 23 were in the last 100 episodes so expect a lot

[00:19:09] of shows in common the man so cool if his family doesn't call him by his real name which is also my

[00:19:18] best kept secret in his knowledge then the medical shack attack hey everyone my name is Shack and

[00:19:26] from Brisbane Australia I've been following this show for almost about two two and a half years now

[00:19:31] I still remember it was a case of long-time business first time caller when I actually got an

[00:19:37] opportunity to guest guest if you're on the podcast a couple years ago I really enjoyed the experience

[00:19:43] and lo and behold a couple years in I've done quite a few shows under my belt right now and

[00:19:49] loving the experience so far of doing a doing the show the actual show itself is probably something

[00:19:54] that was really unique and I really liked the concept of it originally because at that one in time

[00:20:00] there was hardly any foot podcasts and John somehow managed John Henry managed to create a foot

[00:20:08] and review show which literally reviewed the content foot on a daily basis which is a big feat

[00:20:13] and I absolutely love the concept not I still to this day I really love the fact that we have a show

[00:20:19] that's really balanced and it doesn't lean on whether the negative is very minimal it's very

[00:20:28] pragmatic in his approach so I really enjoyed the experience of fun I think still I think my favorite

[00:20:36] for me my most sad at moment on the show was this is just a unique thing that is unique to me

[00:20:44] is the fact that a couple years ago maybe last year we had a hero SVC and I'm a good friend

[00:20:54] Grandpa Mac back there all over and I was listening to the show while I was doing some gardening

[00:20:59] and he was very he opened the pack on the on the episode if I'm not mistaken and he was very under

[00:21:05] well with what he packed and I was to rub my I rub my ears and open up foot to see his prize and

[00:21:11] that's a memory that sticks in my head because at that point in time he really underestimated what

[00:21:16] a good pulley had and that's one of the funny memories that I have off of our good friend

[00:21:20] Grandpa Mac so and that happened live on the show so it's one of those things there's a whole lot of

[00:21:25] snippets but this is the first thing that can't come to my head and a small little glimpse of

[00:21:29] yeah of foot memory in my head from the foot nearby podcast well 600 episodes in looking forward
