[00:04:32] And the standard of player was far better than what I have come across in my mighty Division V that I'm in,

[00:04:40] which I have not actually moved from the starting point in the whole week.

[00:04:43] So I've won a game, maybe won two and then lost three again.

[00:04:46] So I've read, and maybe you can confirm this, John, you're pretty good this way,

[00:04:51] that matchmaking is broken.

[00:04:52] Is that the case or is it just sandbaggers, do you think?

[00:05:35] And the other thing is, and people seem to forget that local matchmaking is extremely important.

[00:05:41] So the location where your base is very important.

[00:05:44] And I do think there's many people putting their cross play off because they are afraid of facing a PC cheater.

[00:05:51] And there's many people that have local matchmaking on because that gives the best performance during a match.

[00:05:58] So what happens if you narrow down the base enough and you're in a division that's very narrow,

[00:06:02] you might just end up playing players that are closer to you, but are one or two divisions up.

[00:06:09] Or the other way around, one or two divisions down.

[00:06:12] And I think the players that are in lower division, and I don't want to...

[00:06:16] Like, let's say everyone that's around division five, I think, could easily face players around level three

[00:06:23] once they've put the local matchmaking on, which is default on.

[00:06:27] And I think you should keep it on.

[00:06:29] But I think turning cross play off might actually help.

[00:06:32] It's a big difference as well.

[00:06:34] So I think what we're seeing is a combination of those matchmaking factors and the fact it is early season.

[00:06:43] I don't think it's actually broken.

[00:06:45] And I've seen people say, I'm in the F2 and I'm facing a player, an elite player or a division one player.

[00:06:53] If he also says the other one is on the other side of the world, then I'd say it's probably broken.

[00:06:59] But I think that player is probably very close to you, if you ask him.

[00:07:04] And I feel bad for the players that face me because they probably think matchmaking is broken as well.

[00:08:22] With this update, we're looking to address community feedback

[00:08:28] The fact they were listening to us and now suddenly come out

[00:08:32] with a community feedback pitch notes, put some changes,

[00:08:36] and already applied those changes.

[00:08:39] Plus, also, they gave Giminez a proper player face,
